Sales Workshops
Our practical workshops are based on live past experience of the best way to manage a sales pipeline. Each workshop is half a day in length. The range of topics in each sales workshop includes:

Additional workshops cover post sale topics. They can be delivered face to face or online. They are interactive, allowing delegates to share a digital whiteboard. This allows them to participate in a way which makes it easier to transfer skills to their everyday sales role.
What makes them different is that each workshop comes with two post-training coaching sessions. This helps to reinforce the skills application to help each delegate reinforce the learning points as part of their daily routine.
This will improve their application of a topic and increase confidence levels by adapting their skills in a live selling situation.
