The workshop looks at how to develop your key accounts and build new business relationships in target accounts. It focuses on what actions to take and how to deliver them well and with confidence.

At the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to:

  • Know the difference between selling and Key Account Management

  • Practice the key principles of managing a business relationship well

  • Know the type of information needed from a Key Account

  • Develop their own Account Management plan

These points will make it easier to grow accounts which are either larger in size, more complex or have more importance to your company. It will increase confidence in the account management process.

 

This will help to build successful long-term business relationships in order to gain loyalty and create a sustainable revenue source in a Key Account. This is a good way to achieve sustainable sales growth and reduce competitive threats.
